Our Guarantee

100% Satisfaction

It's just that simple. We have a simple business policy: If you're not 100% satisfied with our products
or service, we will credit your account or refund your money back. Just return the part to us in like-new condition within 90 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we'll refund the full purchase price (except shipping charges, which are not refundable). This includes manufacturers defects on electrical parts. Exceptions to this return policy are listed below.


 

Special Warranty Information

Special Ordered Parts cannot be returned.
Used and Damaged Parts:
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping
by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 10% or refuse any exceptions.

 
 

About Our Prices

All prices and descriptions contained in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Items can
be withdrawn from sale at any time. This is because we cannot control price increases from our distributors (we will not charge you the increased price without notifying you first). We are not responsible for typographical errors. Current prices can be quoted over the telephone when you place your order. If your order is placed over the internet we will e-mail the price change to you for your acceptance before processing your order. Nevada residents must add applicable state and local sales tax to all orders.

 

 

Ordering Options

Before you call or log on, to speed your order and make your purchase as easy as possible, have your credit card ready. Billing address must be the same as the ship to address. Finally, be ready to give your customer service
representative your customer number ( if a return customer). Orders will only be accepted from within the USA & Canada.
First Time Customers: For your security, first time orders may not be placed COD There is a waiting period of 14 days
before a second order can be placed COD.

If you have special needs or questions, you may be transferred to one of our technical service experts. You may also use this number for all your customer service needs, questions about your order, product information, returns and exchange procedures or questions on parts installation or fitment.

We have tried to make your on-line ordering experience as easy as possible. We offer a 128-bit encrypted secure

Ordering by fax
Fax your orders worldwide to 1-702-566-1390
You may Fax your orders 24-hours a day, 365 days a year from anywhere in the world. Fill out the order form completely
(click on this link to download the form) with credit card number, expiration date and sign. Include a home number and fax number or e-mail address for correspondence. Orders without a signature will be returned.

Special Orders
If you want a product not listed in our catalog, we will try to find it for you. All parts with a retail price of 750.00 or higher
will require a 50% down payment. If an order requiring a down payment is cancelled, a 10% restocking fee may be
deducted from the down payment. There are no returns on special orders.

Back Orders
We have a large inventory of parts in stock but sometimes we are out of stock on certain items.We will inform you of backordered parts at the time of your order via telephone or email depending on your method of order. We will not process
your order or charge your credit card without first contacting you for authorization and the probable delivery date of the part.
If you need the part immediately we will assist you in locating another retailer that may have your part in stock.


 

 

Paying For Your Purchase

Credit Card Security Information
Due to the increasing amount of credit card fraud throughout the world, Sullivan Performance Products will ask you to
provide the 3-digit CVC code found on the back of your credit card on all credit card orders. This is strictly for verification purposes only. All information obtained from you is kept confidential. All orders must be shipped to the billing address.

By Mail
Use personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Do not send cash! Once your order and payment is received,
please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, based on availability of parts. Even if you are ordering by mail, it is a good
idea to call a customer service representative for current parts availability. Call 1-866-216-5067

If you wish to pay for your order when it reaches you, (cash on delivery) you will be billed an additional 7.00 for collection
fees. C.O.D. orders are limited to a maximum of 500.00. Because Fed-X ground no longer accepts cash payments you must have a money order or certified check ready when the driver attempts delivery. C.O.D. orders cannot be shipped through the
United States Postal Service (USPS).
If a C.O.D. package is returned to us or refused because delivery could not be completed, you will no longer be able to
order C.O.D. from Sullivan Performance Products. For your convience, C.O.D. can be shipped to your work address.
Sorry, C.O.D. is not available on first time orders or in the state of California.

Returns

Sullivan Performance Products return Policy is the Best in the Industry!
We want you to be satisfied. Here's how our return policy works:
Return the parts within 90 days. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. All returns must be in re-sellable
or like new condition.
Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. All other returns will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

How to Return an Order

  1. Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside.
  2. Package the returned items properly.
    when shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not
    leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging
    will not be accepted.
  3. All returns must be sent pre-paid. We strongly suggest you ship by U.S. mail by Fed-X ground. No collect
    shipments will be received.
  4. Insure the returned part for it's full value to protect yourself against loss.

  6. We cannot accept returns on special ordered parts.
