Stand alone fuel injection based on our YZ-OW2 single plane intake. This fuel injection system will make installing a 5.4L DOHC engine into your Mustang or vintage Ford chassis a much less complex undertaking.

This system was designed to be used with any of the popular aftermarket fuel injection computers operating as batch or bank to bank, such as Accel, Electromotive, F.A.S.T., Haltech, Holley, Motec, etc.

Starting with our YZ-OW2 intake, we add our 1000 CFM billet aluminum throttle body.This throttle body has stainless steel shafts that pivot on roller bearings, progressive linkage, 1.75" throttle blades, and uses late model LT1 sensors. This throttle body is fully compatible with blown applications.

Next we install our own fuel rail. Made from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum, This fuel rail features an oversize .70 internal diameter, that's almost
3/4"! The large internal volume provides a reservoir of fuel to help stabilize fuel pressure under demanding conditions. The fuel rail is mirror polished and anodized your choice of red, blue or polished then our logo is laser etched on the rear of the fuel rails. Our fuel rail uses O-ring fittings, no teflon tape!

We then add an Aeromotive A1000 bypass regulator attached to our polished and anodized billet aluminum bracket. The bracket is available in your choice of blue, red, and clear polished with our logo laser etched on the top. It comes with stainless steel hardware. This bracket mounts to 2 bolts in the block that position the regulator in front of intake runners # 1 & 5.

The system is plumbed using Earl's Swivel Seal fittings exclusively. These are tube style fittings that are fully reusable. The fittings are attached to Earl's -8 HTE steel braided hose. The main fuel feed line is -10AN while the return is -6AN. (not supplied). The system comes fully assembled and pressure tested.

We then install our coil packs for an integrated ignition system. These coil packs are supplied by Accel and provide all the spark your engine will ever need. The brackets are polished and anodized in your choice of red, blue, or clear polished. They are terminated using weather pack connectors with enough extra wire to allow connection into your aftermarket ignition system.

As can be seen we have used nothing but the absolute best components to assemble these systems. The system is fully upgradeable and configurable to your needs. This is the finest fuel injection system available for the Ford 5.4L DOHC modular engines.
