Developed from our own extrusion, these fuel rails will flow all the fuel necessary to support almost any horsepower level.

The fuel rail is manufactured with a .70 internal diameter from 6061-T6 aluminum. While most
aftermarket rails are 5/8 or even 1/2 inch, we chose the larger 3/4 inch internal volume for it's ability to act as a fuel reservoir. This is especially important in bank to bank and batch fire fuel injection systems where the firing of all the injectors in each bank produces oscillations which can starve the injectors of fuel, leading to a lean condition. The added volume is also a welcome addition to forced induction applications that can put huge demands on your fuel system.

These rails are machined for O-ring end fittings (not included) that provide a superior seal to the
more common and less expensive pipe fittings. The O-ring design also eliminates the possibility of getting teflon tape or sealant into your fuel system.

The fuel rails are mirror polished before being bright dip (type 2) anodized in your choice of blue, red or clear. They are then tastefully laser etched with the Sullivan logo.

They are machined to maintain the proper injector angle on the intake. They come with stainless steel allen head bolts that are countersunk on the fuel rail..

The fuel rail is also available in bulk at any length you desire up to 6 feet. This fuel rail is not machined
or finished.

  2003-2004 Cobra Fuel Rails
   
 

Direct bolt on to the factory 03-04 Cobra lower intake. Features billet aluminum mounting brackets anodized to match the fuel rails. They are sold for use when converting to a return style fuel system. They can be used with a non-return style system by using our fuel rail pressure sensor adapter shown further down the page. By using the fuel rail pressure sensor adapter, it allows the user to upgrade if needed to a return style system without the need to buy new fuel rails. These rails are for use with USCAR connector style fuel injectors (stock style). Available in red or blue. Will not fit Kenny Bell or Whipple superchargers.

      1996-1998 Cobra fuel rails
  We developed these rails to allow 96-98 Cobra owners the ability to have a direct bolt on solution for the early 4 valve engines. They are manufactured from the same .70 billet extrusion used for all of our fuel rails. These rails feature unique billet brackets that are fastened using quality stainless steel hardware. The brackets are polished then bright dip anodized in your choice of red or blue. The rails are tapped for o-ring style fittings that will accept -6, -8, or -10 fuel line. Fittings available separately.

  Fuel rails for Sullivan Performance intake manifolds
  Designed for use with our intake manifold's, these fuel rails will make your intake installation much easier. Instead of trying to fabricate brackets to make your existing rails work these are a direct bolt on. They can be used on both returnless and return style fuel systems with our FRPS adapter. They feature the same large internal diameter of .70 and have the fit and finish that Sullivan Performance has become known for.

  Fuel rail pressure sensor
  These adapters were designed to allow for installation of the factory Ford FRPS
(fuel rail pressure sensor) on Sullivan Performance fuel rails or any fuel rail that
uses 3/4-16 oring fittings. These adapters are necessary when using our fuel rails on a non-return style fuel system. The FRPS mount can be clocked in any direction. The adapter is polished then clear anodized. It uses an oring seal and comes with the necessary hardware for installation.

  Return fitting
These adapters are used for converting your stock Ford fuel line to aftermarket style AN hose and fittings. The feed adapter is needed for both return and non return systems, while the return adapter is needed for return style systems only. The adapters are bright dip anodized clear.

These fittings are screwed into the ends of our fuel rail to connect the proper size hose. We have them in -6, -8, -10 AN sizes. You will need four of these connectors for a return style fuel system. Only three are needed when using our FRPS adapter in non return style applications.
