Stock pistons in
modular engines are hypereutectic style. These Manley forged pistons
will stand
up to much higher horsepower levels and are a necessity for supercharged,
turbo charged and nitrous applications. They are designed to be compatible
with 6.8L, 5.4L & 4.6L SOHC & DOHC modular engines utilizing
stock stroke, rod length and .866 pins. These pistons must be
used with Manley
ring sets. Manley currently produces pistons for some of the most well
