These valve covers are just what your 32 valve modular engine needs. They were designed using a state of the art CAD/CAM computer program. They are cast using high quality T356 aluminum in a highly advanced aluminum foundry. All final machining is done on CNC machining centers for an exact fit. Our valve covers utilize the factory style O-ring gasket for a leak proof seal. These valve covers fit all years and models of 4.6L and 5.4L DOHC V8's when used with pre-1999 ignition systems. Due to the tight confines of the spark plug well in the DOHC cylinder heads these valve covers require the use of our ignition wires or equivalent. |

These spark plug inserts are used to cover the spark plug wells in our valve covers. Manufactured from billet aluminum then polished, these covers create a smooth, clean look. They come with rubber bushings for spark plug wire insulation and O-rings for a positive seal. Sold in sets of eight with your choice of 8 mm or 10.4 mm bushings to accommodate your spark plug wire size. |

These billet aluminum spacers are used for securing your valve covers to your cylinder head. They are CNC machined then polished to a mirror finish. These spacers are supplied with stainless steel button head allen bolts that are also highly polished. These spacers utilize the factory O-rings. Ordered in sets of 20. |

We have put together a valve cover installation kit to allow our customers to save some money when needing all of the accessories that are shown above. The kit includes our billet spark plug well covers, billet oil filter cap, and billet aluminum spacers with stainless button head allen screws. This makes installation of your new valve covers a snap and gives your engine a stunning appearance. |
